Parish Year of Eucharistic Revival
Begins June 11, 2023-July 17, 2024
Adoration or Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament is a sacred form of worship and prayer.
In the Eucharist, "the body and blood, together with the soul and divinity, of our Lord Jesus Christ and, therefore, the whole Christ is truly, really, and substantially contained." (CCC 1374)
The Eucharist is the most visible form of love that God has given us. In spending time with Christ during adoration, we are able to witness his love.

The Adoration Chapel is located inside the Palermo building. The outside of the chapel looks like a lighthouse. The Palermo building is the building right across the Church doors inside the Courtyard area.
The Adoration Chapel is currently seeking Chapel Coordinators. If you are interested in serving and knowing Jesus more please email adoration@saintalbert.org or call the parish office at 512-837-7825.
Use this year of parish revival to grow closer to Jesus, learn more about Jesus present in the Eucharist, spend time in Eucharistic Adoration, and follow Him in a Eucharistic Procession.
Beginning on September 9th there will be Eucharistic Processions where clergy and volunteers will take Jesus out to the neighborhoods. There will be an opportunity to Adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and follow Him just like his disciples did in the Bible. Invite a friend to join you. Eucharistic Processions will be held in different neighborhoods in our geographic boundaries of St. Albert the Great.
Here are the following dates for the year of Eucharistic Revival Processions in our parish! If you are interested in being a host home and live in the boundaries of St. Albert, please contact Daisy Gonzales at the parish office or email adoration@saintalbert.org

Adoration is a very personal form of prayer. No two people will have the same experience. Some people find adoration to be difficult because it is so internally focused. While there is no trick that is going to help you have the best experience, here are some tips to help you get more out of your prayer experience.
Start with structure
With pressure coming from so many different directions, it can be difficult to turn off your worries and focus on the time you're spending with Jesus. A way that you can get started in prayer is by starting with a structured prayer. Some suggestions include praying a rosary, reading the daily mass readings, or if you're alone in the chapel, listen to a prayerful song.
Be comfortable
Your time spent in adoration is time spent with your best friend. Sit in any respectable way you feel comfortable, and enjoy your time together.
Embrace silence
Times of silence are few and far between in our world today. It is in those times of silence that we are able to really hear God speak to us.
