Friends of the Poor Walk 2022

Friends of the Poor Walk/Run is a FUN way to help an extremely worthy cause and we need YOU! Please join St. Vincent de Paul volunteers from the Austin area in our walk on Saturday, September 21st, 10 AM at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church.  You can also set your own fitness goal you feel comfortable with and walk virtually. Friends of the Poor Walk is a national fundraising effort and all the proceeds will go to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Albert the Great. 

Our parish will begin forming a parish-wide team to participate soon. You can donate to this event, register as a walker as an individual or family or join the parish team! This would be a great opportunity for families to come out and support a good cause! We had very positive feedback from our Walk that we held last year. https://events.idonate.com/fopwalk-1

When you register you must choose a beneficiary and designate St. Albert the Great - Austin as beneficiary. 

Business sponsors can sign up for Bronze ($100), Silver ($250), Gold ($500), or Platinum ($1000) levels to make a donation and help the community. Visit this page to find out different business sponsor levels.
